Hi, I was diagnosed with ADHD in elementary school and prescribed medicine to treat it. The medicines have changed over time some better than others but really helped and made an unbeleivable difference. However a few years ago I was sentenced to state prison and told I would no longer be given my medication. Once I came home I found it impossible to obtain insurance bc of not obtaining a job that offered it I would make enough money to afford costs of living. I then decided I would continue not taking them. Well it has gotten harder to deal with the lack of focus and hyperactivity. People ask me about the way I act al the time and it s become extremely unbearable and quite embarrassing.
